This policy describes how we process payments, handle refunds, and manage chargebacks for purchases made on the Adventures in Minecraft website.
Payments are processed through a PCI DSS-compliant payment provider. We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive card data on our servers.
By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes or fees.
All in-game items, privileges, and virtual currency are digital goods licensed to you, not sold, and have no real-world monetary value.
Because delivery begins immediately after payment, purchases are generally final. Refunds are only provided where required by applicable consumer protection law.
We may issue a refund if you were charged but did not receive your items due to a confirmed technical error on our side, and support was unable to deliver the items manually.
Refunds are not available for items already delivered and consumed in-game, purchases made with an incorrect nickname or server, or cases where you were offline at the time of delivery.
Contact our support team within 14 days of the purchase. Provide your in-game nickname, server, purchase date, and a description of the issue.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and may take 5–10 business days.
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban the associated account.
Filing a chargeback for a purchase where items were successfully delivered may be considered fraud. We will provide transaction and delivery evidence to the payment provider to contest illegitimate chargebacks.
